Liver of Sulfur...Wow!
Wow. I just tried liver of sulfur for the first time. Wow does it completely change the look of a piece. Here are some before and after shots:

I think it is a matter of personal preference. Either way looks good! Have you tried rubbing off the patina in high spots with some steel wool #0000?
ReplyDeletePearl -- I used steel wool #000 --so it did remove some of the patina off the darker spots. I have to tell you ---I stood in the hardware store staring at the steel wool wondering what size to get!! Next time I'll grab some #0000 instead of the #000.
